The proposal consists of two semi-independent volumes connected by a parking area located at the lower street level, allowing for efficient access and functionality of the complex. The slope of the terrain is addressed through a series of stepped platforms, adapting the building to the site without compromising comfort or aesthetics.

One of the key elements of the project is the creation of a large English courtyard, accompanied by a vertical garden. This courtyard not only serves as a green space within the building but also plays a crucial role in providing natural light and ventilation to the through-apartments on the lower floors, contributing to a healthy and balanced environment for the residents.
